Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how WatSaas Platform (“WatSaas”, “we”, “us”) processes personal and business-related information when you use our services. WatSaas is operated by Lhoucine.
WatSaas Platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. WatSaas is not owned, operated, endorsed, or officially affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- The WatSaas SaaS application at watsaas.lhoucine.com
- These public WatSaas pages at www.lhoucine.com/watsaas/
- Related support, onboarding, and integration workflows connected to WatSaas
2. Who we are
Service: WatSaas Platform
Operator: Lhoucine
Privacy contact:[email protected]
3. How WatSaas works
WatSaas is a multi-tenant SaaS. Each business customer (“Customer”, “you”) connects their own WhatsApp Business resources through the WhatsApp Business Platform. WatSaas provides tooling to configure messaging workflows, receive webhooks, and integrate with connected services chosen by the Customer.
Customers remain responsible for their WhatsApp Business accounts, messaging policies, and compliance with Meta’s terms and applicable laws.
4. Information we process
Depending on how you use WatSaas, we may process:
4.1 Account and business information
- Names, email addresses, and login credentials for authorized users
- Business or organization details provided during onboarding
- Configuration settings for tenants, integrations, and workflows
4.2 WhatsApp Business Platform data
When a Customer connects WhatsApp Business resources, WatSaas may process data made available through the WhatsApp Business Platform only as necessary to provide the configured service, such as:
- WhatsApp Business Account identifiers and related metadata
- Phone numbers and messaging endpoints associated with connected resources
- Message content and delivery status received or sent through configured integrations
- Webhook payloads and event data sent by Meta to WatSaas on behalf of the Customer
4.3 Technical and operational data
- Server logs, request metadata, timestamps, and error records
- IP addresses and device or browser information when accessing the application
- Authentication events and security-related activity
5. How we use information
We use processed information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain WatSaas Platform
- Authenticate users and enforce tenant isolation
- Deliver webhook events and message-related workflows configured by Customers
- Store configuration and operational data needed for connected integrations
- Respond to support requests and service-related communications
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service from abuse
- Improve features and security where appropriate
6. Server-side processing and storage
WatSaas performs server-side processing of webhook events, message-related payloads, and tenant configuration. Customer configuration and integration data are stored server-side. Data may be processed and stored using infrastructure and service providers required to operate WatSaas.
7. Webhooks and message processing
When a Customer connects WhatsApp Business resources, Meta may send webhook notifications to WatSaas. WatSaas processes those notifications to perform actions configured by the Customer, which may include forwarding events to connected tools, storing message data, or triggering automated workflows.
The exact data processed depends on the Customer’s WhatsApp configuration, permissions granted during connection, and the integrations enabled in WatSaas.
8. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information:
- With infrastructure and service providers that help us operate WatSaas, under appropriate contractual safeguards where applicable
- With Meta / WhatsApp as required for WhatsApp Business Platform integrations initiated by the Customer
- With third-party tools explicitly connected or configured by the Customer within their tenant
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
9. International data processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the Customer’s country of residence, depending on where the infrastructure and service providers used to operate WatSaas are located.
10. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary by data type and Customer configuration. Customers may request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through WatSaas. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and role, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your information, or to object to certain uses.
Business Customers are generally responsible for handling requests from their own end users and employees. Individual users may contact us using the details below.
13. Data deletion
You may request deletion of WatSaas account data and associated tenant data. See our Data Deletion page for instructions. Deletion requests are handled manually unless and until an automated deletion workflow is published in the application.
14. Children
WatSaas is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of WatSaas after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
