WatSaas Platform
Data Deletion
Last updated: 3 September 2026
This page explains how businesses and authorized users can request deletion of data associated with WatSaas Platform, operated by Lhoucine.
Who can request deletion
Deletion requests may be submitted by:
- The business account owner or an authorized administrator of a WatSaas tenant
- An individual user asking for deletion of their own WatSaas user account data
- A person acting on behalf of a business with sufficient authority to make the request
What can be deleted
Depending on your request and account status, deletion may include:
- WatSaas user account information
- Tenant configuration and integration settings
- Stored webhook or message-related data processed through your WatSaas tenant
- Operational logs tied to your account where reasonably identifiable
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, legal compliance, or backup integrity. We will explain any retention that applies to your request when we respond.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Email:[email protected]
Subject line: WatSaas Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your full name and business name, if applicable
- The email address associated with your WatSaas account
- Your tenant or account identifier, if known
- The WhatsApp Business phone number or account connected to WatSaas, if relevant
- A clear description of what you want deleted
Verification
We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a deletion request. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of business data.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and handled manually. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe after verification. Automated self-service deletion is not guaranteed unless explicitly provided inside the WatSaas application.
Disconnecting WhatsApp Business resources
Deleting data in WatSaas does not automatically remove your WhatsApp Business connection in Meta’s systems. You may also need to revoke app permissions or disconnect resources through Meta / WhatsApp Business settings, depending on your configuration.
End-user requests
If you are a customer of a business using WatSaas and want data deleted, contact that business first. They are typically responsible for handling requests relating to messages or personal data they process through their WhatsApp Business account.
If you cannot reach the business, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will try to route your request appropriately.
